The Segal Group’s Corporate Practice Welcomes New Senior Vice President

New York (6/28/19) — 

The Segal Group today announced that Fred Hencke has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, in the Corporate Practice. In this role, Mr. Hencke will be supporting clients with their Human Resources transformation needs.

Mr. Hencke has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining The Segal Group, he was a principal and strategic account manager for North America at Buck. At the time, Mr. Hencke was directly responsible for large single-employer clients, account management and business development. Prior to that, Mr. Hencke worked for Accenture, Hewitt and BearingPoint. Mr. Hencke has led more than 20 HR transformations, and built more than 200 shared services solutions.

Mr. Hencke is a frequent contributor to and speaker at industry events, including those hosted by ALM Intelligence, HR Executive, SHRM and the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network. He received an International Communication Award for designing software robots to integrate diverse communication systems.

He holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hiram College in Ohio.
