IRS Webinar Series on ACA Provisions

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is offering a webinar series to help employers and health coverage providers understand Affordable Care Act (ACA) provisions and other related requirements. The series features three different webinars, which will be offered in July and repeated in August and September. The topics for the series include:

  • Employer Shared Responsibility and Information Reporting
  • Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage Information Reporting Requirements for Applicable Large Employers
  • Information Reporting Requirements for Providers of Minimal Essential Coverage
