In last year’s Compensation Planning Analysis, we asked if salary budget increase would ever budge off the 3.0% mark. The answer for 2018 is a flat out “no.” Sibson Consulting’s latest Compensation Planning Analysis, which covers 11 industries, including education and health services, indicates that salary budget increases for 2018 will remain consistent with the past four years for executive, exempt and non-exempt jobs.
